Awesome! Great experience! I have extended my life! Did the LED red light and Cryo! Both therapy has different benefits and I had so much more energy than usual.

Friend suggested that I come to try LSC to sort out muscle injury and lower back issues. They've really helped. Used mostly the shockwave therapy, Cryo chamber and the hyperbaric oxygen chamber which is highly addictive. Hana and Raymond take excellent care of you here, friendly and knowledgeable. Today we are on a road trip to healthspan with the scientists working hard to make it happen and available for every human on earth. Visiting Singapore for the first time I wanted to see how longevity treatments looks like in a country which is rated the longest living nation in the world. I was very lucky to meet Hana - the owner of The Longevity Science Centrum at the time I visited it to try cryotherapy for the first time in my life. The experience exceeded my expectations. Everything in this clinic is set up for you to feel like at home. Hospitality of the team is at the highest level.

Outstanding experience in every sense. World class state of the art facilities, great staff led by Hana and Jess and exceptional overall. Hana is very knowledgeable and conscientious and very focused on clients to ensure they are happy with the experience. Like everyone trying to figure out how to unlock the secret of living healthily for longer, I was curious to see how this new Longevity Science Centrum can help. First, transparent honesty that there are no magic cures. Just brand new and top quality treatment equipment already used for relieving pain and inflammation. Did three shockwave sessions on swollen thumb joint and saw some improvement. The 3 minutes in the cryogenic chamber at minus 80 degrees celsius are tests of endurance but once you emerge and the blood flows back into your veins you do really feel toxins have been flushed away. For a sceptic I must say you come out of here feeling healthier already. Perhaps with regular visits this could improve my healthspan, not much downside! Second, quality attentive service, mindful of my particular pain points and preferences. Last, cosy chic space, comfortable but not showy. What's not to like?

Wasn’t a big fan of recuperative therapies when I first visited the The Longevity Science Centrum. However, having understood the philosophy and science behind enhancing recuperation, I started to see value.

"Cryotherapy is the new foot massage"

I had not been sleeping well and waking up very early each morning regardless of the time I went to bed. This meant I was tired come the afternoon and it was a struggle to get through the day. I tried a number of sessions of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. The treatment in itself was relaxing and allowed me to have quiet downtime to myself. After a number of sessions I started to have uninterrupted sleep at night. I also felt I had so much more energy which allowed me to be more focused at work and enjoy extracurricular activities again with friends and family.

The staff at the clinic are very friendly and attentive and also very flexible so I can fit in the sessions around my ever changing work schedule.
